Eat healthy food
You eat healthy food everyday. Healthy food means fruits, juices, nuts , meat, milk and eggs etc like these foods. Avoid from unhealthy foods oil and fried food , junk food , and the other foods with high fat . These type of food is harm full for your health . Eat three mail (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) in a day . Breakfast must be strong take some fresh juice , a little piece of chicken or egg, and brown bread . In lunch you eat some fresh fruits and green vegetable. Eat less in dinner.

Drink a plenty of water
You most drink 8 liter water in a day for freshness of your skin and beneficial for your kidney and health. You must drink water 1 to 2 hours before your mail . And the end of your mail avoid to drink water for 1 hour . If you act upon this advice very beneficial for your health.
Workout
You must exercise daily . You spend 1 hour in a day for your health. morning Walk is very important for your health. You can take exercise or yoga in your house.

Sleep on time
You must sleep on time at night because your stomach take 3 to 4 hour to improve your digest system. You most sleep 5 to 6 hour at night for healty and manageable life. If you sleep late night show dark circles under your eyes and you look like a patient and also effect on your face beauty.
Take a break from work
If you work more and ignore your health you become a ill or unhealthy person. You must spend your weakened days on beach or some picnic place for relaxation of your mind. If your mind relax and healty you work with excitement and more attention.

Be positive
If you are positive in thought, work ,and relation you success more . These thoughts make you bold and self confident .
Be happy
You spend a happy life if you gave happiness to other people around you. Don’t teasee other people . Keep smiling and happy with your friends and family.
